"Its an perfect place for a person that wants, excellent staff and I mean excellent. 3 yrs, 4 visits...NEVER an issue with anything staff related. The rooms are Superheavy mahogany wood beams..concrete construction throughout. Sidewalks everywhere and a great snorkeling reef right at the edgenos the shoreline. If you want no hassle castle like security and silence to enjoy reading painting or thinking of the something important. This IS your Puerta Galera resort. Excellent restaurant and bar on the 3rd floor spiral staircase and a nice pool table and mini library too. A 3rd floor for relaxing with coffee in the night or daytime tanning. Its a great QUIET place. If you wanna party....then go to Sabang. We will be back in Feb , 6th visit, for a family stay. Can't go wrong here. They also have scooter rentals so you can easily travel around the island to explore. I added 25 photos."

"I'll make this quick and simple so y'all can decide right away. Hotel rooms vary. If you need one for 2 people, you'll get a very standard room. If you get a room for 6 people or more, you'll get a pretty one. ✅ Everything is charged here. Meaning, if you need a life vest, it is NOT provided. You'll have to rent it. If you need goggles, etc. you will pay. ‼️ Their water tanks run out. If you start hearing weirds sounds while showering, washing your hands, brushing your teeth, etc., stop doing it because you will get all the rust/mud from the tank. ‼️ The exterior of the hotels is beautiful. ✅ Good for pics. Staff are nice ✅ although you will have to be patient with things you might need. They offer free Continental breakfast ✅ (Filipino, American, and for kids) I may not go back here, however. 🥹"

"The most amazing hidden gem resort I've ever stayed at. The resort is off the tourist path with an amazing beach front, including snorkeling right off the patio! Staff treat you like a good family. They have a variety of food and billiards available. Would recommend!"

"Lovely place to stay in Puerto Galera. Having a private beach (need to use aqua shoes) and always peaceful to rest and relax. Restaurant is inside the hotel so it is easy to reach out when needed. Helpful staff as well!"
