"This was my fourth stay at Steps Garden Resort, and I look forward to returning each time. The staff are very friendly and helpful in every way. On my scheduled departure day, there was a typhoon, and they kept me constantly updated on when the ships would be running again. I was able to easily extend my stay by one day. The rooms are very clean, and they even change towels only upon request, which is often ignored in other hotels. It's a great way to help the environment. The minibar prices are so reasonable that you don't have to think twice about using the refrigerator. I highly recommend a stay here."

"Had a wonderful time at steps garden resort, the staff was top tier. Facilities were beautiful. Tamarind restaurant was excellent, would definitely recommend. The staff is more than happy to assist with booking activities such as diving, island hopping, spa treatments, and booking private transport from Manila airport to Puerto Galera. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch amenities, spacious and clean rooms, and the affordable rates. Their restaurant and bar serve delicious food and drinks—definitely a bonus when you just want to chill after a day of exploring. The room we stayed in was huge, well-kept, and very comfortable, especially for the price we paid. What truly made our stay extra special was the incredible staff. Everywhere you go, they greet you with a warm smile and are always ready to help. Special shoutout to Maybelle and Camille at the front desk—they went above and beyond for us! When we almost got stranded due to a shipping delay, they not only kept us updated with the ship schedule but even helped us rebook our tickets. Their kindness and effort really made a difference. "Absolutely brilliant. Have stayed here many times. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Pool is great, pool side bar is excellent especially when 2 for 1 cocktails. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Current stay was in the off season but still very well staffed. Definitely value for money."
