"Attended for a wedding, Total island holiday in a beautiful setting , unfortunately not much activity besides snorkeling. services was hit and miss at the bar with multiple errors adding wrong items to tabs ect Also noticed drinks were not cleaned up around the pool until the following morning Air conditioning was noisy and had 1 speeds flat out or off . Hot water not working , and had to be fixed Rubbish around the water edge . Don’t go walking up top of the stairs, turns into a rubbish tip , Food was good / and massage was great / boat service on / off the the island was easy Probably look at alternative locations for a wedding ."

"A/C didn’t work in the room. We had 4 teams of technicians come by to look at it. They couldn’t fix it. We spent the first night here melting. They finally got it fixed the second day. Multiple power brownouts, about 5x/day. Parts of the resort and countertops are broken and chipped. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Sounds like a lot of whining, sure, but this is a premium brand, premium location, and definitely a premium price. Oh- and they charge extra for fins when you go snorkeling 😒"

"Amazing hotel the staff were so friendly and no request was an effort! The island where the hotel is located is so peaceful and quiet definitely come here if you want to relax and some peace and quiet ✨️😊 Would highly recommend the snorkeling we got to swim with sea turtles which was an amazing experience!! Would love to visit again hopefully if on this side of the world!"
