"It is a great place. The rooms do not look that amazing and also if you have leg problems you should consider not booking on a hill. I smashed their window by accident when I fell and the people there was so nice to me helped me clean it up and everything. Although I do not find their rooms spectacular their service was top notch. Also they have the best food in Puerto Galleria better than restaurants below. If you come here just eat here."

"This hotel is excellent in every way. The first way to the hotel was difficult, but the scenery I saw when I arrived at the hotel made me forget all my difficulties. The staff always smiled and waved their hands to greet each other. The room condition was very good and the advantage is that it can cook simple dishes. If you don't have a pot, ask your staff. If hot water is supplied 24 hours a day, the air conditioner works very well. The food at this hotel restaurant is not expensive, especially mango shakes, so everyone should experience it."
